Billing/Overdue Fines and Fees

Items not returned after 27 days are billed lost: Users will be charged replacement costs for the item plus an $8.00 non-refundable handling fee.

Users are charged for damaged items.

All library invoices list the place of payment. Users should retain all receipts.
